Gabriel Page received his Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley in 2018. His dissertation focused on the politics and aesthetics of post-9/11 immigrant fiction. In addition to teaching composition, he has taught courses on postcolonial literature, world literature in translation, and social theory. His approach to teaching composition emphasizes reading and writing as modes of participation in the public sphere.
