Tianfang Sally Wang

Tianfang (Sally) Wang holds a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from The Pennsylvania State University. She has taught a variety of English composition, academic speaking, and applied linguistics courses to undergraduate and graduate students. Her research interests include the integration of Vygotskian sociocultural theory and cognitive linguistics for second language pedagogy, cross-linguistic conceptual metaphors in Mandarin and English, and classroom interaction within the field of conversation analysis.
