Veronika Rozhenkova began her teaching career after earning her B.A. and M.A. degrees, respectively, in English and German Language Education. She spent ten years teaching ESL/EFL/Business English at the university level abroad in Russia and also worked as a translator/interpreter for an international volunteer organization. Then, she moved to the USA to earn her Ed.M degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University. Veronika is currently a Ph.D Candidate in Social Sciences and International Comparative Education at UCLA. She has taught English to international students from various UCLA departments. Veronika has had a long-standing interest in foreign languages and cultures: she speaks German, French and Russian. She has also studied abroad in New Zealand.
