English Composition Courses

Writing Programs lists a balanced range of composition courses. The lower-division sequence provides students with a general (and progressive) orientation to writing within a university setting. The upper division offerings address rhetorical concerns of defined academic disciplines and/or areas of professional interest as well as specialized topics of rhetorical study. There are various courses offered to students. To learn more about a specific class click on the course name below. In the current budget environment, Writing Programs only offers undergraduate courses in the first two categories: First Year Program and courses that satisfy the Writing II requirement.
